Abstract: the main objective of this final degree work is to analyse the impact of Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes(MWCNTs)adhesion,in the microstructure and in vitro degradation of porous scaffolds, for tissue engineering, made from PLLA (Poly-L-lactic) and nanohydroxyapatite (nHA) particles. For this, Thermally Induced Phase Separation (TIPS) technique has been used.An in vitro degradation has been realized once the scaffolds obtained, during someweeks, taking some data such as: amount of water absorbed, pH variation and the loss of mass. Then, a Differential Calorimetry Scanning (DSC) has been done and the microstructure has been observed using the Electronic Scanning Microscopy (SEM) of the university.
Laburpena: gradu amaierako lan honen helburuaAniztun Hormako Karbono Nano-hodien (MWCNTs)gehiketa, ehunen ingeniaritzan egindako PLLA (Poli-L-lactida) eta nanohidroxiapatita(nHA)partikulez osatutakoaldamio porotsuen mikroegituran eta in vitroko degradazioan duen eraginaaztertzea izan da. Horretarako, termikoki eragindako fase bereizketa (TIPS) teknika erabili da, liofilizagailu baten bidez. Aldamioak behin lortuta, zenbaitasteko in vitro degradazioa egin da, hainbat datu hartuz, hala nola: xurgatutako ur kantitatea, pH-bariazioa eta galdutako masa. Ondoren, analisi termiko diferentziala (DSC) egin da eta unibertsitateko ekorkeka elektronikoko mikroskopioan (SEM) aztertu egin da.
