Optimización de perfiles de rodadura ferroviaria

Abstract

El objetivo de la Tesis es desarrollar un método de optimización de perfiles de rueda de ferrocarril,basado en la técnica de los Algoritmos Genéticos, que permita sintetizar nuevos perfiles con un mejorcomportamiento desde el punto de vista dinámico. Entre los parámetros dinámicos a tener en cuenta seencuentran el confort de marcha, la inscripción en curva, el riesgo de descarrilamiento, las presionesmáximas en el contacto, el desgaste del perfil y la fatiga superficial de rodadura (o RCF).Como aplicación del método desarrollado, se persigue obtener perfiles de rueda óptimos para montaren vehículos ferroviarios que circulen tanto por un único tipo de vía determinado, como aquéllos quedeban circular sucesivamente por diferentes tipos de vía. Concretamente, se aborda primeramente el casode la obtención de un perfil de rodadura mejorado para vehículos de alta velocidad española, en segundotérmino el caso de perfiles de rueda para bogies de doble ancho, y en tercer lugar el caso de perfiles paravehículos que circulen por vías de alta velocidad española y alta velocidad francesa.Finalmente, se presenta un método de refinado de perfiles óptimos incorporando el criterio dedesgaste mínimo, de manera que el perfil óptimo sintetizado presente un desgaste menor y lo máshomogéneo posible con el objeto de que mantenga el mayor tiempo posible su geometría y porconsiguiente sus propiedades dinámicas a lo largo de su ciclo de vida.
