Abstract

Para poder establecer y definir una estrategia empresarial exitosa es necesario obtener información de todas las áreas de la empresa mediante el uso de indicadores. El Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI) permite ir más allá de la perspectiva financiera y aporta una visión global. Por ello, en este trabajo se desarrolla un CMI de una empresa industrial dedicada a la fabricación de piezas para automoción. En primer lugar, se desarrolla el marco teórico donde se expondrá el concepto de CMI y todas las perspectivas que lo configuran. Posteriormente, se analiza la empresa y su entorno, para finalizar con el desarrollo a modo práctico del CMI de la empresa. Para llevar a cabo este desarrollo, se definen una serie de objetivos e indicadores pertenecientes a distintas áreas y a continuación, a través del uso de la aplicación Microsoft Excel, y más en concreto de sus hojas dinámicas,se resumen todos los datos obtenidos para cada indicador.

Enpresa batek estrategia arrakastatsu bat ezarri ahal izateko, beharrezkoa da enpresa osatzen duten arlo guztietatik informazio lortzea eta hori adierazleen bidez egin dezakegu. Aginte taula integrala (ATI) finantza ikuspegia ez ezik, ikuspegi global bat izateko aukera ematen digu. Horrexegatik, lan honetan enpresa industrial baten ATI garatzen da. Negozio honen zeregina automozio piezak egitea da. Lehenik eta behin, esparru teorikoa egingo dugu, non ATI kontzeptua eta bere ikuspegiak azaltzen dira. Gero, enpresa eta bere ingurunearen analisia egiten da, eta azkenik enpresaren ATI garatzen da modu praktiko batean. Garapen hau aurrera eramateko helburu eta adierazpen batzuk definitzen dira, arlo desberdinakoak eta ondoren, Microsoft Excelen taula dinamikoak erabilita adierazpen bakoitzarentzat lortutako datuak laburbiltzen dira.

In order to etablish an exitous business strategy is needed to obtain information of all the areas of the company by using indicators. The balanced scorecard alows us going beyond financial perspective and gives us a global view. Thus, in this work a balanced scorecard for an industrial company is developed. In this company automotive-pieces are made. Firstly, theoretical framework is done where balanced scorecard concept and its perspectives are explained. Secondly, all the company and the environment are analysed. Finally, the balanced scorecard of our business is developed in a practical way. To achieve the aim, objectives and indicators of different areas are defined and after by using pivot tablets of Microsoft Excel all the data are going to be summarized.
