Abstract

[ES] Se analiza en particular, el concepto y función de la ciencia jurídico-penal, su contenido: la norma jurídico-penal, el delito y sus consecuencias (pena, medida y reparación), finalizando con una serie de consideraciones metodológicas acerca de la ciencia del Derecho penal.

[FR] On analyse notamment le concept et la function de la science juridico-pénale, son contenu: la norme juridico-pénale et ses conséquences (peine, mesure, réparation), en terminant par une série de considérations méthodologiques à propos de la science du Droit pénal.

[EU] Bereziki zientzia juridiko penalaren funtzioa, kontzeptua eta bere edukina aztertzen dira: arau juridiko penala, delitua eta bere ondorioak (pena, neurria eta medeantza), zuzenbide penalaren zientziari buruzko kontsiderapen metodologiko batzuekin bukatuz.

[EN] Juridical penal science is analyzed, in particular its concept, purpose and contents: penal law, crime and its consequences (penalty, measure and reparation). It ends in several methodological considerations about Criminal Law science.
