Abstract

[ES] partiendo del Derecho penal vigente se estudian los delitos cometidos como consecuencia de la droga, su regulación en la ley y las posibles alternativas al tratamiento de este problema.

[FR] en partant du Droit penal en vigueur on étudie diferentes délits qu'on commet comme conséquence de la drogue, sa régulation et les possibles alternatives au traitement de ce problème.

[EN] starting from the Penal Law in force the crimes committed as a consequence of drugs, its regulation and the possible alternatives to the treatment of this problem are studied.

[EU] gaurko Zuzenbide penal indarduetik, ikasten dira drogatzeagatik egiten detun delituak, bere lege arauketa eta arazo hau sendabidatzeko dauden aukerak.
