Cuatro ensayos sobre solvencia II

Abstract

Esta tesis realiza cuatro ensayos sobre la Directiva Europea Solvencia II, directiva obligatoria para las empresas aseguradoras desde el 2016. El primer capítulo realiza una revisión de los cambios que se han producido desde la década de los 70 hasta la implantación de esta directiva. En un segundo capítulo se aborda la investigación desde un punto de vista externo y contable, analizando los mejores ratios y su correlación para el análisis de la solvencia. En el tercer capítulo se aborda un enfoque acturial, desarrollando la formula estándar de los riesgos de supervivencia y mortalidad para el ramo de vida. Con el objetivo de ayudar a las PYMEs del sector, que son mayoría. En el último capítulo se realiza una investigación cualitativa analizando los modelos de solvencia más relevantes a nivel mundial.Estos cuatro enfoques totalmente diferentes, pero complementarios y necesarios entre sí permiten realizar una comparación cualitativa y cuantitativa de Solvencia II. De este modo la tesis permite indicar el posible futuro del análisis de la solvencia y del capital requerido.
