Eutanasia y criminalidad

Abstract

[ES] Se estudia el concepto de eutanasia como muerte sin agonía a través de la evolución histórica de los diferentes sistemas de ejecución. Asimismo se explican los problemas que pueden plantearse en la eutanasia en relación a la muerte cerebral, la hibernación, el coma cerebral, el coma vigil y la cuestión de la libertad. Para terminar se realiza una distinción entre la eutanasia y el derecho a una muerte digna.

[FR] On étudie le concept d'euthanasie comme une mort sans agonie á travers l'évolution historique des différents systérnes d'exécution. On explique aussi les problémes qu'on peut se posser sur l'euthanasie par rapport á la mort cérébrale, l'hibernation, le coma cérébral, le coma vigile et la question de la liberté. Pour finir, on mène une distinction entre l'euthanasie et le droit a une mort digne.

[EU] Eutanasia kontzeptua ikertzen da agoniarik gabeko heriotza bezala, betetzeko sistema desberdinetako bilakaera historikoaren bidez. Era berean, Eutanasian planteia daitezken arazoak adierazten dira. heriotza zerebrala, hibernazio, koma zerebrala, koma bijila eta askatasunaren gaiari dagokienez. Eta bukalzeko, eutanasia eta heriotza duinari eskubidearen arteko bereizkuntza burutzen da.

[EN] The euthanasia concept as a death without agony is studied through the historical evolution of different execution systems. Likewise, problems that can be raised about euthanasia, with regard to cerebral death, hibernation, cerebral coma, vigil coma and the liberty question, are explained. In the same way, it is made a distinction between euthanasia and the right to a worthy death.
