Criminalidad organizada y mercados ilegales

Authors: Blanco Cordero, Isidoro;

Criminalidad organizada y mercados ilegales

Abstract

[EN] During the last decades it can be observed an increment of illegal activities carried by groups, that gave rise to a more corporative criminality, the organized crime. The criminal associations are characterized by an elevated complexity of organization and they work according to economic approachs; these facts bring a great difficulty to recognize the organized criminality. These organizations have problems with the investment of the accumulated ready money and they face the need of the “money-laundering.”

[EU] Azkeneko hamarkada hauetan nabarmena da taldeek burutu dituzten legez aurkako jardueren gehikuntza, hau da, gero eta talde-kriminalitate gehiago dago, gero eta krimen antolatugehiago. Elkarte kriminalen ezaugarrien artean konplexutasuna dago, irizpide ekonomikoetan oinarritzen dira eta, ondorioz, arazo handiak izaten dira kriminalitate antolatua aztertzerakoan. Baina elkarte horiek arazoak izaten dituzte pilatutako likidezia inbertitzeko eta, berez, “kapitalak zuritzeko” arazoak izaten dituzte.
