[ES] Se debaten algunas cuestiones de gran interés en torno a la Policía Judicial. A la luz de la legislación al respecto, se analiza en profundidad su composición, los principios de actuación así como sus principales funciones. Asimismo, se busca la respuesta a las cuestiones tantas veces planteadas sobre su control y dependencia, analizando en este sentido la Constitución y a Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial.

[FR] On débat quelques questions très intéressantes sur la Police judiciaire. Du point de vue de la législation à ce sujet, on analyse en profondeur sa composition, les principles de son activité ainsi que ses principales fonctions. De même, on cherche la réponse à les questions autant des fois posées sur son contrôle et dépendance, en analysant la Constitution et la Loi Organique du Pouvoir Judiciaire.

[EN] Some interesting questions about judicial Police are discussed. From the point of view of the Law in the matter, it is exhaustively analysed the judicial Police’s composition, the intervention’s principles and its main functions. Likewise, it is searched for the response to the questions about its control and dependence, analysing the Constitution and the Organic Law of Judicial Power.

[EU] Polizia judizialari buruz interesgarriak diren gai batzuk eztabaidatzen dira. Hari buruz dagoen legepidearekin, bere antolamendua, jarraipideak eta funtzio nagusiak aztertzen dira. Aginte judizialaren Lege organikoa eta Konstituzioa aztertuz, Polizia judizialaren kontrola eta dependentziari buruz, hainbat eta hainbat alditan, planteatu izan diren galdegaien erantzunak bilatzen dira.
