[FR] Ce travail nous montre quelques raisons sur l’opportunité de chercher la vérité dans le procès pénal pour infraction terroriste concernant les droits fondamentaux de ceux qui interviennent dans ce procès. Dans cet esprit, l’auteur considère non seulement les effets sociaux de la décision pénale, mais également la situation de la victime de ce genre de délits.

[EN] The author explains various reasons why it is desirable to find the truth with regard to the human rights of those who take part in terrorist criminal proceedings. With that aim in mind, the author considers not only the social effects of the Court decision, but also the situation of the victims of such kind of crimes.
