Abstract

La tesis versa sobre la legislación y la política agraria entre los siglos XVIII y XX en México, indagando su sustento ideológico. La pregunta de investigación es: ¿ cual fué el trasfondo ideológico articulador de la legislación y de la política agraria entre los siglos XVIII al XX en México? que se ramifica en cuestiones como: ¿ cual fué el fundamento legal de la propiedad de la tierra en la Nueva España entre 1521 y 1821? cual fué el fundamento legal de la propiedad de la tierra en México entre 1821 y 1992? ¿ cuales fueron los elementos ideológicos de las acciones gubernamentales de la Metrópoli en la Nueva España entre 1521 a 1821? Y ¿ cuales fueron los elementos ideológicos de las acciones gubernamentales del estado mexicano entre 1821 y 1922? La hipótesis es: El fundamento ideológico de la legislación y de la política agraria entre los siglos XVIII y XX en México fue la progresión del liberalismo y del capitalismo dependiente. La investigación está integrada por ejes temáticos: conceptos básicos y el problema agrario. La legislación novohispana y el problema agrario. De la ley de desamortización de 1856 a la gran propiedad del Porfiriato. La Revolución de 1910: agrarismo y legislación. De la reforma agraria de 1915 a la crisis de 1970, y las reformas agrarias a finales del siglo XX.
