HIIT entrenamenduaren eraginak hipertentsiodun pazienteetan

Abstract

Errebisio bibliografiko honen helburua, hipertentsioaren (HTA) patologia ezagutzea eta batez ere gaixotasun hau pairatzen duten pazienteetan intentsitate altuko entrenamendu interbalikoaren (HIIT) eragina sakonki zein den erakustea da, orain arte erabili den intentsitate moderatu jarraituko (IMJ) programekin alderaturik, honen abantailak eta desabantailak zeintzuk diren jakiteko. Hau ikertzearen arrazoia, orain arte egindako ikerketen arabera, HIIT programek, normalean erabilitako IMJrekin alderatuz gero HTA pairatzen duten pertsonengan onura nabariagoak eragiten dituen hipotesia garatu dela da. Horrez gain, jarduera fisiko (JF) ezaren arrazoi garrantzitsua den denbora faltaren arazoan zeresana izan dezake, IMJk baino denbora gutxiago irauten baitu, atxikipen maila altuago bat emanez. Bestalde, World Health Organization-en (WHO) arabera HTA mundu mailako gaixotasun kardiobaskular (GKB) zabalduenetarikoa dela kontuan izanik, JFak fenomeno honetan dituen eraginak aztertzea oso interesgarria izango da, prebentzio eta tratamenduaren kasuan batez ere. Baina lan honetan, HIIT entrenamenduaren eraginak aztertzea izango da helburu nagusia. Horretarako, lehenik eta behin HTAren kontzeptua definitu eta azalduko da, tratatu nahi den gaixotasuna zer den eta zer ezaugarri dituen argi uzteko. Ondoren, JF (HTArekin loturik) eta HIIT kontzeptuei buruzko informazioa emango da, eta hauek azaldu ostean, HIIT entrenamenduak hipertentsiodun pazienteetan dituen eraginak aztertu dituzten 5 ikerketaren helburu, metodologia eta emaitzak era laburrean azalduko dira Lanaren bukaeran, azterturiko ikerketen emaitzak erabiliz, eztabaida planteatuko da, HTA pairatzen duten pazienteen kasuan HIIT programa tratamendu bezala erabiltzeak zer abantaila eta desabantaila dituen, eta metodo eraginkor eta egokiena den edo ez argitzen saiatuz. Azkenik, lanean lorturiko ondorio nagusiak eta hau egiteko orduan egon diren limitazioak azalduko dira laburki.
