Patrimonio cultural subacuático

Abstract

Con el estudio práctico de este tema, tan rico e interesante, pretendo elaborar una revisión de las normas jurídicas que regulan el régimen del patrimonio cultural subacuático, tanto a nivel internacional (UNESCO 2001) como nacional, parando a analizar un apartado especial dedicado al estudio de esta situación en el País Vasco. Por otra parte, trataré también los aspectos técnico - náuticos en relación con las operaciones de investigación y desarrollo de proyectos, búsqueda, rescate y preservación del patrimonio cultural subacuático describiéndose, a continuación, algunos de los casos más importantes en la materia.
