Abstract

Nuestro propósito con este trabajo es analizar la realidad organizacional de una empresa real: Bide Onera. Para ello hemos analizado la motivación, comunicación, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo, realizando finalmente unas propuestas de mejora que podrían solucionar los problemas de esta organización.
