Abstract

Free software and Open Access databases offer a very powerful set of resources for the teaching of Classical languages and civilisations. The article focuses on the teaching of Latin, both at High School and University levels, showing that "Free" resources feature a great amount of linguistic data, software for data mining and linguistic analysis, software for everyday classroom use (exercises and so on).
