Per un volontariato... giovane!

Abstract

The article brings the main results of a qualitative research conducted by the Osservatorio sul Volontariato of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Brescia. The investigation is focused on the theme of inter-generaional relationships and its aim is to verify if and how it is present in the voluntarism associations. The most important results show that positive relationships between joung and older volunteers are facilitated by four factors: the approach, relationship, concrete means and actions. Thanks to them, the cohabitation among different ages seems produce visible results.

L'articolo illustra gli esiti esplorativi di una indagine qualitativa sul tema dei rapporti intergenerazionali nelle associazioni di volontariato svolta dall'Osservatorio sul Volontariato di Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Brescia. Per quanto si è potuto iniziare a verificare, è stato notato che positive relazioni tra le diverse età (tra volontari junior e senior) sono facilitate da: approccio, stile relazionale, l'agire concreto e mezzi.
