Si tratta di una analisi delle disposizioni del Codice dei contratti pubblici dedicate ai servizi sociali. Il contributo analizza il rapporto tra affidamenti attraverso il sistema d'appalto e gli strumenti dell'amministrazione condivisa, anche attraverso l'esame della più recente giurisprudenza.
