Il ruolo dei rifugi alpini per un turismo sostenibile in valle Camonica

Abstract

The promotion of mountain sustainable tourism passes through far-sighted policies and also by the responsible management of alpine refuge (waste, water and electricity management) with the possibility of transmitting mountain culture to tourist-consumers: history , flavors, biodiversity (flora and fauna, with particular attention to the native species), the silence and the emotions that these evocative landscapes offer. Motivations, perceptions and behaviors, practices of tourism and the roles recognized to mountain huts by hikers and operators, are analyzed in this empirical survey to explore the relationship between men and mountain environment
