Abstract

La memoria dell’opera educativa di don Lorenzo Milani è stata trasmessa e rielaborata in Italia anche attraverso tre biopic. Il più recente e conosciuto è la fiction "Don Milani. Il priore di Barbiana" (1997) di Andrea e Antonio Frazzi. L’articolo ricostruisce il contesto in cui le due puntate della miniserie televisiva furono prodotte e analizza criticamente l’immagine che esse veicolano della scuola di don Milani, suggerendo alcune riflessioni interpretative.
