Abstract

Il Rapporto sul sistema agro-alimentare dell'Emilia Romagna, del 2008, rappresenta un importante contributo alla conoscenza di un settore fondamentale dell'economia regionale, un utile strumento per gli operatori ed una guida per le politiche degli enti locali. Il Rapporto è frutto del sedicesimo anno di collaborazione tra Assessorato Regionale all'Agricoltura, Ambiente e Sviluppo Sostenibile e l'Unione regionale delle Camere di Commercio dell'Emilia Romagna ed è realizzato dall'Istituto di Economia Agro-alimentare dell'Università Cattolica di Iacenza, diretto dal prof. Renato Pieri e dall'Osservatorio Agro-industriale della Regione, coordinato dal Prof. Roberto Fanfani.
