Complejos con ligandos derivados de purinas y pirimidinas N-sustituidas e iones metálicos de transición: Contribución a la Química Bioinorgánica y a la Arquitectura Molecular

Abstract

El principal objetivo de la Tesis ha consistido en la síntesis y caracterización de ligandos derivados de purinas y pirimidinas N-sustituidas y el posterior estudio de su química de coordinación con iones metálicos de transición. Los resultados obtenidos pueden dividirse en tres apartados. En el primero se aborda la síntesis y caracterización de poli(2-pirimidil)poliazaalcanos y sus respectivos complejos de Ag(I), estudiando todas las estructuras cristalinas obtenidas por difracción de rayos X. El segundo bloque ha consistido en la preparación de adeninas N6-sustituidas y el posterior estudio de los compuestos de coordinación con Ru(III) y Cu(II). Por último, se evalua la actividad biológica de algunos de los compuestos preparados. En concreto, la actividad citoquinina in vivo e in vitro de las adeninas N6-sustituidas en plantas de Amaranthus caudatus. L. Asimismo, se ha estudiado la interacción de los complejos de Ru(III) preparados con ADN plasmídico pBR322
