Afectes i heteronorma en les històries del jo digital

Abstract

La presumpció d'heterosexualitat (Rubin, 1975), com a eix de la família nuclear, ha marcat fins ara el trànsit a la vida adulta i la reproducció dels codis de conducta apresos. De fet, l’heteronorma ha estat el valor que ha lligat allò íntim amb allò global (Ahmed, 2004) en els processos de transmissió de valors en el principal context afectiu, la llar. Les anomenades produccions de coming out videos a les xarxes socials representen una narrativa contemporània que actua com a dispositiu performatiu per a posar de manifest la conversió del silenci en sobreexposició. Amb internet, les primeres dècades del segle XXI han provocat una eclosió de la visibilitat LGTBIQ+ convertint una comunitat oculta i proscrita en un grup social desitjable per la publicitat de les grans corporacions. Si d'una banda, els usuaris de les xarxes socials actuen com a comunitat política en les pràctiques referents a les identitats LGTBIQ+ (Raun, 2016; Alexander i Losh, 2010), el mercat utilitza la visibilització de les històries de vida LGTBIQ+ com a estratègia per a augmentar el seu impacte i vendes. Els relats autobiogràfics de coming out (Plummer, 1995) i les pràctiques d’apropiacionisme pugnen per a posicionar-se a través d'una estratègia híbrida que combina la reivindicació dels drets LGTBQ+ amb els valors d'un paradigma basat en la superació personal i l'assoliment de la felicitat permanent.
