Abstract

This thesis investigates the emergence of the feminist student movement in Chile in 2018, analyzing its challenges and tensions, and how these dynamics influenced the political and social agenda. Using in-depth interviews and autoethnography, the research is contextualized in a period marked by the COVID-19 pandemic and the Chilean constitutional process of 2021-2022. The personal and collective experiences of participants in feminist mobilizations are explored, highlighting the continuity and transformation of feminist militancy over time. The research contributes to understanding the incorporation of feminist demands into the institutional political agenda and their impact on Chilean political culture
