Abstract

Paulatinament, estan proliferant els estudis d'alguns dels escriptors en llengua hispana que van condensar la seva creació literària a païssos estrangers donada la seva condició d'exili. Els anomenats "nens de la guerra" comencen a ressorgir amb interès dintre del panorama de la crítica literària. El nom de Jomí García Ascot porta temps ressonant en articles, ponències i congressos que tenen com a finalitat aquesta tasa de rescat i restauració literària. La present tesi proposa un anàlisi de l'obra poètica de l'autor a partir de la revisió dels seus poemes. S'examina l'estil, la temàtica i es tracen línies d'intertextualitad amb altres autors com Baudelaire i Emilio Prados. Així mateix, es dialoga amb altres escrits de García Ascot com argument de les valoracions a propòsit de la seva poesia.

Paulatinamente, están proliferando los estudios de algunos de los escritores en lengua hispana que condensaron su creación literaria en países extranjeros dada su condición de exilio. Los llamados "niños de la guerra" empiezan a resurgir con interés en el panorama de la crítica literaria. El nombre de Jomí García Ascot lleva tiempo resonando en artículos, ponencias y congresos que tienen como finalidad esta tarea de rescate y restauración literaria. La presente tesis propone un análisis de la obra poética del autor a partir de la revisión de sus poemas. Se examina el estilo, la temática y se trazan líneas de intertextualidad con otros autores como Baudelaire y Emilio Prados. Asimismo, se dialoga con otros escritos de García Ascot como argumento de las valoraciones sobre su poesía.

Gradually, the studies of some of the Writers in the Spanish language who condensed their literary creation in foreign countries due to their condition of exile are proliferating. The so-called "children of war" begin to re-emerge with interest in the landscape of literary criticism. The name of Jomí García Ascot has long resonated in articles, papers and congresses that aim at this task of rescue and literary restoration. This thesis proposes an analysis of the poetic work of the author from the revision of his poems. The style, the theme and lines of intertextuality are drawn with other authors such as Baudelaire and Emilio Prados. Likewise, it dialogues with other writings of García Ascot as an argument for the evaluations on his poetry.
