Abstract

La tesis analiza los procesos de selección de personal en la empresa privada desde un punto de vista multidisciplinar (Derecho del trabajo, Sociología del Trabajo y Gestión de Recursos Humanos) con el fin de ajustar las prácticas de recursos humanos al ordenamiento jurídico español. Incluye un análisis de los procesos de selección de personal en las pymes catalanas de nivel tecnológico medio-alto. Por primera vez, y de forma inédita y monográfica, se realiza un estudio de la jurisprudencia y normativa sobre la cuestión, contrastando la misma con la praxis empresarial de las pymes en Catalunya y aportando conclusiones prácticas de mucha utilidad. The thesis analyzes the recruitment process in the private sector from a multidisciplinary perspective (Labour Law, Sociology of Work and Human Resource Management) in order to adjust human resource practices into the Spanish legal ordinance. It includes an analysis of recruitment processes in Catalan SMEs of a medium-high technological level. For the first time, and in an unprecedented and monographic way, a study of case law and legislation on the issue is conducted, contrasting it with the business practice of SMEs in Catalonia and providing very useful practical conclusions.
