Abstract

Desde su creación, la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) ha venido adelantando una lucha constante por la dignificación del trabajador y un trato justo para el mismo. En un sistema de oferta y demanda como el nuestro, siempre existirá la posibilidad que las condiciones de trabajo busquen ser vulneradas por parte de los diferentes actores para – con cualquier justificación – tratar de minimizar los costos laborales o evitar el cumplimiento de las normas establecidas en la legislación laboral vigente.

Contenido parcial: Reseña histórica del cooperativismo – Normatividad -- Capítulo laboral en el T.L.C. -- Consecuencias para Colombia de las negociaciones del tratado de libre comercio con los estados unidos en materia laboral -- Estado actual de las cooperativas de trabajo asociado.
