Abstract

La propiedad intelectual es una disciplina normativa que comprende los derechos que surgen de las creaciones intelectuales producto del talento, el esfuerzo y el trabajo humanos y se elevan a la categoría de bienes inmateriales o intangibles siendo objeto de protección mediante herramientas jurídicas de orden nacional e internacional. Esta se encuentra referida en el artículo 61 de la Constitución Nacional, bajo el siguiente tenor: “El Estado protegerá la propiedad intelectual por el tiempo y mediante las formalidades que establezca la ley”
