Abstract

La adecuada gestión de activos intangibles de propiedad intelectual es fundamental para el éxito de los modelos de negocio de cualquier agente de los sectores culturales y creativos. Este trabajo de grado analiza la importancia de entender cómo administrar, organizar y usar los intangibles, centrándose en la propiedad intelectual y en sus diferentes ramas, específicamente en el derecho de autor y en la propiedad industrial. Se examinan las políticas públicas actuales que permiten una gestión efectiva de la propiedad intelectual y las necesidades de los agentes de los sectores culturales y creativos. Finalmente, se plantean posibles estrategias que permitan gestionar los activos intangibles propiedad intelectual.

The proper management of intangible intellectual property assets is essential for the success of the business models of any agent in the cultural and creative sectors. This thesis analyzes the importance of understanding how to manage, organize, and utilize intangibles, focusing on intellectual property and its different branches, specifically copyright and industrial property. Current public policies that allow effective management of intellectual property and the needs of agents in the cultural and creative sectors are examined. Finally, possible strategies are proposed to manage intellectual property intangible assets.
