Abstract

Este proyecto detalla el plan de mercadeo para la empresa Doctor Autos Taller Automotriz, que le permitirá evolucionar y pasar de ser un taller in house de la flota de servicio especial Emprestur a abrir su operación al público en general y aumentar sus ventas. Para elaborar el plan se realiza un análisis profundo del mercado y la compañía con base en las 5 fuerzas de Porter, se estructura un instrumento para la investigación cualitativa de sus clientes y se presenta un plan de mercadeo detallado que abarca las estrategias de producto, el precio y los canales de distribución y de comunicación para la expansión de los servicios de Doctor Autos al público en general. Finalmente, se estructuran un plan de ventas y un sistema de control integral basado en los tres procesos operacionales clave: operación comercial, operación del taller y operación de repuestos. Se detallan los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) y los procesos de control para garantizar la ejecución correcta, junto con planes de contingencia para abordar desviaciones inesperadas en los resultados de la empresa.
