Abstract

Este estudio de corte cualitativo tiene como objetivo general Determinar el perfil de cargo del gestor estratégico de talento humano (GETH) de la empresa Maxicassa S.A.S, para potenciar el desarrollo de capacidades centradas en el cliente y el liderazgo transformacional. Por tanto, las técnicas de recolección de información que se utilizaron fueron: entrevistas cualitativas y cuestionarios. Las teorías que fundamentaron el, se relacionan con la gestión del talento humano en las organizaciones y el liderazgo transformacional, desde donde se develan las características del ser, quehacer y saber del gestor del talento humano, quien debe fomentar y/o posibilitar el desarrollo y potencialización de los talentos de las personas. De esta manera, podrán crear ambientes propicios para que las organizaciones estén en mejora continua de sus procesos y por ende, proyectados, sostenible en el tiempo y sector donde se desenvuelve, y articulados con el direccionamiento estratégico de la organización, destacándose Bass y Avolio (2006), Velásquez (2006), Ulrich y Dulebohn (2015), Calderón, Naranjo y Álvarez (2006), entre otros. Se concluye que desarrollar el talento consiste en dar opciones de vida y de trabajo a las personas, dotándolas de cualidades laborales y sociales y de plena seguridad de identidad, pertenencia, bienestar social, laboral y un claro compromiso con la consecución de objetivos y retos personales, articulados al de la organización, donde el gestor del talento humano juega un papel fundamental, al fomentar la creatividad, la motivación al logro y el trabajo en equipo.

This qualitative study has the general objective of determining the position profile of the strategic human talent manager (GETH) of the company Maxicassa S.A.S, to promote the development of customer-focused capabilities and transformational leadership. Therefore, the data collection techniques used were: qualitative interviews and questionnaires. The theories that founded it, are related to the management of human talent in organizations and transformational leadership, from where the characteristics of being, work and knowledge of the human talent manager are revealed, who must promote and / or enable the development and potentialization of people's talents. In this way, they will be able to create favorable environments so that organizations are in continuous improvement of their processes and therefore, projected, sustainable over time and in the sector where it operates, and articulated with the strategic direction of the organization, highlighting Bass and Avolio ( 2006), Velázquez (2006), Ulrich and Dulebohn (2015), Calderón, Naranjo and Álvarez (2006), among others. It is concluded that developing talent consists of giving life and work options to people, providing them with labor and social qualities and full security of identity, belonging, social and labor well-being, and a clear commitment to achieving goals and personal challenges. , articulated to that of the organization, where the human talent manager plays a fundamental role, by promoting creativity, motivation to achieve and teamwork.
