Abstract

The COVID 19 pandemic has not only demonstrated how vulnerable the human being is to invisible "enemies" such as new diseases and even to some advances and discoveries of science, but also the ingenuity and speed that it has to create vaccines and drugs in record time to confront such situations. However, these new creations of science are faced with bureaucratic procedures, which seek to debate the need for invention and create implementation plans in case of approval, causing the procedure to be delayed and therefore, on many occasions, threaten the future of the creation and registration of these products that are increasingly necessary to improve the quality of life of people; That is why it is necessary to review the requirements and procedures to be followed by such applications, in order to devise faster and more effective review mechanisms to gain more effective access to such biological procedures and to keep up with the pace of science.
