Abstract

El propósito de investigación es realizar una caracterización del modelo de gestión de desempeño utilizado en una empresa prestadora de servicios legales contables y financieros, mediante la recolección de percepciones de diferentes personas dentro de la estructura organizacional. Para ello se realizará una investigación cualitativa, usando el método de entrevistas semi-estructuradas. Una vez se recopile esta información se hará un contraste con las posturas de diferentes autores dentro de la literatura y por último se diseñarán algunas recomendaciones, teniendo en cuenta los modelos de gestión por objetivos y gestión por competencias. Una vez terminada la investigación, se evidencia que dentro de la organización objeto de estudio no se cuenta con un modelo de gestión de desempeño estructurado, sino con un modelo de evaluación de desempeño, en el que se realizan espacios de evaluación puntual con los equipos de trabajo y otorgan pagos periódicos como reconocimiento al desempeño, además no se cuenta con variables objetivas de medición que permitan determinar el nivel de desempeño. Finalmente, se dan recomendaciones a esta organización, enfocadas en oficializar el modelo de gestión de desempeño, basando el seguimiento en el cumplimiento de objetivos y desarrollo de capacidades, donde se deben definir de forma objetiva métricas para realizar seguimiento a los objetivos definidos con los empleados.

The purpose of the research is to characterize the performance management model used in a company providing accounting and financial legal services, by collecting perceptions of different people within the organizational structure. For this, qualitative research will be carried out, using the method of semi-structured interviews. Once this information is collected, a contrast will be made with the positions of different authors within the literature and finally some recommendations will be designed, taking into account the management models by objectives and management by competences. Once the research is finished, it is evident that within the organization under study there is not a structured performance management model, but a performance evaluation model, There are no objective measurement variables that allow us to determine the level of performance. Finally, recommendations are given to this organization, focused on formalizing the performance management model, basing monitoring on the achievement of objectives and capacity development, where metrics must be objectively defined to track defined objectives with employees
