Abstract

El presente trabajo se basa en el desarrollo del plan de mercadeo para la empresa Causa & Efecto de la ciudad de Medellín, enfocado en el sector de la construcción para empresas medianas de Antioquia, Bogotá y la Costa de Colombia. La metodología para analizar la competencia de la empresa dentro del sector fue por medio de las 5 fuerzas de Porter, con el fin de desarrollar estrategias para incursionar en el sector de la construcción. También se analiza el macro y el microentorno que dan como resultados algunos elementos para conocer los cambios en la industria y toda su influencia en las operaciones diarias de la empresa. Finalmente se plantean unas estrategias y tácticas para generar unas acciones de mejora de acuerdo con lo que se requiere para que las escuelas de destreza impacten en el mercado.

This project is based on the development of the marketing plan for the company Cause & Effect in the city of Medellín, focused on the construction sector for medium-sized companies in Antioquia, Bogotá and the Coast of Colombia. The methodology is to analyze the competition of the company, therefore within the sector was through the 5 forces of Porter, to develop strategies to enter the construction sector. The macro and microenvironment are also analyzed, resulting in some elements needed to know the changes in the industry and their influences on the daily operations of the company. Finally, these strategies and tactics are proposed to generate improvement through actions in accordance with the requirements for skill schools to impact the market.
