Abstract

The abuse of corporate rights has been acquiring, like other recognized principles, an integrating function of the legal system, embracing in its scope various legal relationships. It is important to take into account the obligatory nature that this type of principles may imply, which due to their strength could even, in some cases, accompanied by a good rhetoric, triumph over the exact and current rules that can regulate a specific relationship.
