Modelo para optimizar el proceso de gestión de negocio combinando minería de procesos con inteligencia de negocios desde almacenes de datos

Abstract

Business processes are vital elements for organization management and to evaluate the organization by using KPI. Nevertheless, results measuring hardly finds events that can be detected from stored information in data warehouses, which is analyzed in different periods of time and can also be used to improve the process. In this paper a model that optimizes business processes is shown. This was achieved by studying other research works and carrying out iterations on a specific process, where BPM is integrated into mining processes and dimensional modelling. © 2017.
