Competencia de los concejos municipales en la prohibición de la actividad minera

Abstract

El punto central de este trabajo es determinar si el papel del derecho a de corresponder únicamente a las estructuras económicas sociales y de poder o, por el contrario, debe, además, atender la voluntad popular y las nuevas dinámicas sociales, generando que la actividad minera se restrinja, prohíba o que sea realizada de manera responsable.

This document aims to analyze the competencies that the Municipal Councils have within the mining work and determine whether the role of law corresponds only to economic and power structures or should meet the popular will and new social dynamics, generating that mining is restricted, banned or made responsible.
