Abstract

Después de la última crisis financiera mundial, varios países desarrollados se vieron obligados a implementar políticas monetarias no convencionales, siendo las más destacadas la Expansión Cuantitativa y la Expansión Cualitativa -- En este artículo se evalúa el efecto de estas medidas sobre la tasa de cambio nominal de los países donde fueron implementadas -- Para tal fin se utiliza un modelo Autorregresivo de Rezagos Distribuidos (ARDL) para medir el impacto de la Expansión Cuantitativa y la Expansión Cualitativa -- Los resultados indican que la implementación de estas políticas no convencionales tuvieron un efecto en el corto plazo sobre el Dólar y la Libra
