Estudio de factibilidad para el repoblamiento de vientres bovinos con alta genética en el departamento de Antioquia

Abstract

La propuesta es realizar el estudio de viabilidad para un programa de repoblamiento bovino con alta genética para pequeños ganaderos, que se pueda poner en marcha en los municipios de Antioquia, de tal forma que sea estimulada la ganadería en Colombia y pueda obtenerse un mejoramiento en la productividad -- Además, se pretende posicionar el sector agropecuario a nivel mundial y proyectar los productos lácteos y cárnicos en el mercado global, aprovechando la apertura de mercados que han traído los tratados de libre comercio -- Como parte del desarrollo de trabajo de grado de la maestría en Gerencia de Proyectos y el MBA en la Universidad EAFIT, se analizará en este documento la viabilidad para la repoblación de vientres en Antioquia -- El estudio de viabilidad se basará en el método ONUDI, el cual considera el análisis de mercado, administrativo, técnico, financiero y legal, para así tomar la mejor decisión respecto a la realización del proyecto (Behrens & Hawranek, 1994)
