A performance baseada no clima organizacional

Abstract

This paper aims to understand the internal effects of organizational climate in the manufacturing industry, examining its impact of organizational climate from an internal employee's perspective and the influence on his/her performance. The central objective is to investigate the actors and their impact on mediating the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. In the proposed conceptual model, organizational climate influences performance through five intervening variables: organizational commitment, quality of work life, workplace motivation, workplace satisfaction, and organizational trust. In order to conduct the study, a literature review was conducted and data were obtained through an online questionnaire, which was made available to the employees of Siemens Renewable Energy, S.A. in Vagos. The results of the analysis support the proposed hypotheses, concluding that the organizational climate leads to motivation, satisfaction, commitment, trust, and quality to increase employee performance, directly and indirectly, through organizational commitment.
