Orientação para o mercado, qualidade e responsabilidade social numa PME

Abstract

The aim of this dissertation is to clarify the relationship between market orientation, total quality management and corporate social responsibility. At analyzing these three concepts in a whole we realize that they all have in common the satisfaction of the clients, through goods that not only meet the basic requirements but also exceed the expectations. To keep the clients happy over time is a way of ensuring competitiveness and a sustainable development. The development of a case study in a SME of the paper transformation industry allowed us to analyse the real application of the principles of market orientation, total quality management and corporate social responsibility, through a perception analysis tool.
