Esta dissertação incide sobre um estudo realizado acerca do impacto da reforma da fiscalidade verde de 4 empresas do setor da cerâmica do distrito de Aveiro. O objetivo do presente trabalho é analisar de que forma estas entidades têm vindo a encarar a reforma da fiscalidade verde, avaliar a eficácia dos incentivos ambientais e perceber se estas estão a adotar corretamente essas medidas. É feito o enquadramento do tema através da revisão de literatura onde consta definições como consciencialização ambiental, impostos ambientais, duplo dividendo, reforma da fiscalidade verde, entre outros. Foi ainda efetuado um enquadramento numa vertente mais prática da reforma da fiscalidade verde em Portugal, onde são descritas as medidas fiscais adotadas. Posteriormente, foi executada uma pesquisa que pretendeu acompanhar o impacto económico da reforma nas empresas nos anos subsequentes à aprovação da mesma. Com este estudo, foi possível compreender que a reforma da fiscalidade verde não influencia diretamente os resultados nas empresas e que a sua variação nas empresas analisadas não resulta de medidas adotadas pelas políticas fiscais. Ainda se verificou que as entidades não utilizam integralmente os benefícios disponíveis, quer seja por desconhecimento ou por outros motivos.

This work focuses on a study carried out on the impact of the green tax reform of four companies in the ceramics sector in the district of Aveiro. The main objective of the present work is to analyze how companies have been facing the reform of green taxation, evaluate the effectiveness of environmental incentives and understand whether companies are correctly adopting these measures. We made the framework of the theme trought a literature review that includes definitions such as environmental awareness, environmental taxes, double dividends, green tax reform, among others. The theme framework was also made in a more practical aspect of the reform of green taxation in Portugal, where the adopted tax measures are described. Subsequently, research work was carried out in order to monitor the economic impact of the reform, on companies, over the years following its approval. With this work it was possible to understand that the reform of green taxation does not directly influence the results of the companies analyzed, and that the variation in the results of companies does not result from measures adopted by tax policies. It was also possible to identify that companies do not fully utilize the benefits available, whether due to ignorance or other reasons.
