Este trabalho tem como objetivo descrever as metodologias, classificadas em diretas e indiretas, mas também em manuais e automatizadas, utilizadas durante um estágio realizado nos Setores de Bacteriologia, Micobacteriologia, Biologia Molecular e Serologia do Serviço de Patologia Clínica do Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Coimbra.
This paper aims to describe the methodologies, classified into direct and indirect, but also manual and automated, applied during an internship carried out at the Bacteriology, Mycobacteriology, Molecular Biology and Serology Sectors of the Clinical Pathology Service of the Coimbra Hospital and University Center.
