Bicicleta pessoal de mobilidade urbana

Abstract

The current lifestyle in an urban environment requires that Man make daily a set of short and medium distances, from home to work, commerce or services, using a variety of public or private transportation. The bicycle is a good option to make these trips fast, economical, healthy and environmentally sustainable. To better respond to daily requests, it is essential that the bicycle adapts not only to the user, but also to their habits and surroundings. To do this, a folding bicycle will be developed, easily transported in the trunk of a car or public transport, making it easy to store in the workplace or at home. In order to obtain a viable product proposal, initially the habits of urban mobility, their relationship with the bicycle and the response of the various models present in the market were studied. The project phase began with the analysis of customer needs and the generation of concepts that respond to them. Finally, a detailed design and testing project was carried out to ensure the viability of the proposed product.
