Melhoria e implementação de processos de qualidade de fornecedores

Abstract

O presente trabalho propõe-se refere-se ao projeto elaborado na empresa Oliveira & Irmão, SA – Departamento de Compras - no âmbito da Qualidade de Fornecedores. Sendo uma área recente (criada em Setembro de 2016) na empresa, constatou-se, no início, que existiam muitos processos com algumas fragilidades, zonas de trabalho com pouca organização e muitas perdas de produtividade em certas tarefas, o que conduziu à intervenção de metodologias relativas à melhoria contínua. Utilizou-se uma metodologia conhecida do Lean Management, os 5S e algumas ferramentas Lean para avaliar certos aspetos importantes. Os resultados obtidos com este projeto são bastante positivos, como se pode verificar ao longo deste trabalho. Conseguiu-se uma diminuição de cerca de 29% dos problemas internos relativos à Receção Técnica e uma diminuição de 56% do tempo desperdiçado na resolução dos mesmos problemas. O contributo foi também extremamente positivo para a empresa, agilizando assim alguns processos ajudando a Qualidade de Fornecedores a erguer-se e a construir os seus primeiros pilares para que se torne numa secção com um processo robusto e sem falhas.

The presented paper was written to show the project built in the company Oliveira & Irmão, SA regarding the Quality of Suppliers, which is a part of the Purchase Department of this company. Since it is a new area (founded in September of 2016), there were a lot of processes with some weaknesses, disorganized workplaces and a low productivity index on certain tasks. It was then necessairy to implement some continuous improvement methodologies. A known methodology of Lean Management was used, 5S and some Lean tools to evaluate certain aspects. The outcomes of this project were overall favourable as we can verify along this project. There was a decrease of about 29% in internal problems related to Incoming Inspection and a 56% decrease in wasted time solving the same problems. The contribution to the company was extremely positive, helping in this way the Quality of Suppliers Department to become a better part of the process and functioning with less flaws.
