Abstract

É cada vez mais importante o desenvolvimento de métodos e ferramentas que fomentem a qualidade nas organizações, pois é a qualidade de bens e serviços que permite às organizações serem competitivas. Para prosperar no clima económico actual, as organizações têm de se dedicar à melhoria contínua da qualidade. O objectivo principal das organizações deve ser a satisfação de seus clientes, tanto internos como externos. Nesta dissertação, são descritos alguns métodos estatísticos, que podem ser úteis no controlo e na melhoria da qualidade. ABSTRACT: It’s becoming more important the development of methods and tolls that encourage quality in the organizations, since it’s the continuous improvement in quality that increases business competitiveness. To prosper in today’s economic climate, organizations must be dedicated to continual quality improvement. The organizations must focus upon internal and external customers and make customer satisfaction a primary business goal. This thesis describes some statistical methods that can be useful in quality control and improvement.
