Abstract

Esta dissertação tem o propósito de determinar os antecedentes da lealdade e do valor percebido no contexto dos serviços online disponibilizados por bancos portugueses. Neste estudo, alem do valor para o cliente, as variáveis reputação, satisfação, confiança, compromisso e comunicação são tidas como facilitadoras dos mecanismos de lealdade dos clientes. Os dados recolhidos mediante um questionário online, disponibilizado através das plataformas electrónicas da Universidade de Aveiro, foram objecto de tratamento estatístico, com especial ênfase na analise Path. Como conclusões principais observou-se que a reputação da entidade bancária, bem como a satisfação com a facilidade de utilização dos serviços online tendem a exercer uma influência positiva na intenção de comportamento do cliente mais importante do que as restantes variáveis em análise. ABSTRACT: This essay has the intention to determine the antecedents of loyalty and the value perceived in the context of the online services available by Portuguese banks. In this study, beyond the value for the customer, the variable reputation, satisfaction, trust, commitment, and communication are seen as facilitating the mechanisms of the customer’s loyalty. The data collected through an online questionnaire, available through the electronic platforms of the University of Aveiro, was object of statistical treatment, with special emphasis in Path analyze. As main conclusions, the reputation of the banking entity as well as the satisfaction with the easiness of use of the services online tends to exercise a positive influence on the intention of the customer behaviour more important than the remains variables in analysis.
