Sensores e atuadores sem fios

Abstract

No presente trabalho é abordado o tema dos sensores sem os de baixo custo e consumo para medição do teor de água em bacalhau durante o seu processo de secagem em estufas. Estes sensores ganham um papel cada vez mais importante na indústria alimentar, e em particular na indústria de transformação de bacalhau, onde a optimização do tempo de cura do bacalhau tem um enorme impacto económico para a indústria. Outra vantagem da utilização destes sensores na medição das propriedades dos alimentos é a obtenção de um produto com as características desejadas melhorando assim a qualidade nal do produto alimentar. Com base em alguns conceitos teóricos, foi desenvolvido um sensor de medição do teor de água com capacidade de comunicação sem os para um computador remoto. Foram feitos ensaios experimentais de forma a obter uma relação entre a condutividade e o teor de água, concluindo assim se este método é ou não ável para o desenvolvimento do sensor proposto.

In this paper we addressed the issue of wireless sensors for low cost and consumption for measuring water content in cod during its drying process in greenhouses. These sensors gain an increasingly important role in the food industry, particularly in the manufacturing industry of cod, where the optimization of curing time for cod has a huge economic impact on the industry. Another advantage of the use of these sensors for measuring the properties of foodstu s is obtaining a product with the desired characteristics thereby improving the quality of the nal food product. Based on some theoretical concepts, a sensor for measuring the water content capacity of wireless communication to a remote computer was developed. Experimental tests were performed in order to obtain a relation between conductivity and water content, thus completing this method is reliable or not to develop the proposed sensor.
