This dissertation, framed in METACAL project, allowed the study of the behaviour of different compositions of lime mortars in adobe. For this, they were subject to various kinds of chemical and mechanical tests seeking to adapt them to actual situations, in order to realize which mortar composition is more suitable for this type of support. As it is not possible to find a type of mortar ideal that suits all situations, this work has as a basis to study the parameters that influence your choice.
