Abstract

Este proyecto se enfoca en la creación de un laboratorio químico acreditado en una mina, siguiendo la Norma Técnica NTP-ISO/IEC 17025:2017. En el primer capítulo se justifica la importancia de mejorar la productividad y competitividad del sector minero, así como garantizar estándares de calidad en los servicios ofrecidos. El segundo capítulo se analiza el entorno, considerando factores políticos, económicos, sociales, ambientales y legales. El tercer capítulo se enfoca en el estudio de mercado, identificando las necesidades de los clientes y utilizando una metodología de investigación descriptiva y cuantitativa para obtener resultados confiables mediante la acreditación del laboratorio. En el cuarto capítulo se presenta un presupuesto detallado para la implementación del laboratorio, considerando la demanda de servicios y el proceso de recepción y generación de informes de resultados. El quinto capítulo define la visión, misión, objetivos y valores de la empresa, junto con un mapa estratégico y los indicadores para evaluar la gestión del laboratorio. El sexto capítulo se centra en el plan de operaciones y el manual del sistema de gestión de calidad, en cumplimiento de la norma NTP-ISO/IEC 17025:2017. El séptimo capítulo detalla el proceso de acreditación de los métodos de ensayo, incluyendo parámetros de validación y las etapas del análisis. El octavo capítulo aborda la organización y administración de recursos humanos, presentando el organigrama y las funciones del personal clave. En el noveno capítulo se realiza un análisis económico-financiero, destacando la comparación de los costos unitarios entre el laboratorio interno y los laboratorios externos.

This project focuses on the creation of an accredited chemical laboratory in a mine, following the Technical Standard NTP-ISO/IEC 17025:2017. The first chapter justifies the importance of improving productivity and competitiveness in the mining sector, as well as ensuring quality standards in the services offered. The second chapter analyzes the environment, considering political, economic, social, environmental, and legal factors. The third chapter focuses on market research, identifying customer needs and using a descriptive and quantitative research methodology to obtain reliable results through laboratory accreditation. The fourth chapter presents a detailed budget for the implementation of the laboratory, considering the demand for services and the process of sample reception and report generation. The fifth chapter defines the vision, mission, objectives, and values of the company, along with a strategic map and indicators to evaluate the laboratory's management. The sixth chapter focuses on the operations plan and the quality management system manual, in compliance with the NTP-ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard. The seventh chapter details the accreditation process for test methods, including validation parameters and analysis stages. The eighth chapter addresses the organization and management of human resources, presenting the organizational chart and the functions of key personnel. The ninth chapter conducts an economic and financial analysis, highlighting the comparison of unit costs between the internal laboratory and external laboratories.
