Abstract

Descripción: El curso Gerencia de Proyectos de Software de especialidad, de carácter teórico práctico que describe las principales actividades de gestión a ejecutar en los proyectos de desarrollo de software, considerando todas sus etapas: el inicio, ejecución, seguimiento y control y cierre de proyectos. Ello otorga a los estudiantes una serie de herramientas que les permitirá ejecutar de forma idónea diversos tipos de proyectos de desarrollo de software. Propósito: El estudiante es formado para definir y planificar un proyecto de software de acuerdo con los requisitos del producto y restricciones establecidas, controlar su ejecución y realizar el cierre exitoso logrando los objetivos trazados. El curso contribuye con el desarrollo de la competencia general de Comunicación Oral a nivel de logro 2 y la competencia específica de Comunicación Efectiva (ABET Student Outcome 3) a nivel de logro 2. El curso cuenta con el prerrequisito de Fundamentos de Arquitectura de Software.
